Our Condo is professionally managed, booking through us reduces the commission of the management company, and we pass those savings on to you. When booking we will direct you to the toll free number of the management company with a rental rate already agreed upon. The management company will then take the credit card number and charge the deposit (normally 25%). Full payment is due 30 days before the date of your visit.
