Cay Caulker

none

June 23rd

Most of the day taken up with provisioning. We need fresh food, fishing bait, beer. Had to get the dive shop to take us out to the boat since the dingy has been sitting with motor left on. According to a little boy the local kids have been playing with it. The dive boat engine fails so we get another boat to take us out. We have Patrick's bags and groceries and stuff. I'm wearing a shirt borrowed from Patrick since the one I left the boat in smells. Its late afternoon now, but we really ought to make a move.

We make it to the next Cay down, Cay Caulker, drop anchor and spend the night. The sailing is superb. Trade wind winds and a tiny fetch since we're behind a reef.
